About Online Logic
A practice built around how treasury applications behave on the floor — not around abstract control theory.
Origin
Online Logic began as a small Tokyo practice supporting corporate treasurers who needed someone outside the vendor relationship — and outside the year-end external audit — to sit with payment hubs and cash modules and ask whether the controls on screen matched the binders on the shelf.
We remain based at 2-11-1 Nagatacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0014, close to the ministries and corporate headquarters our clients serve.
What we bring
Our practitioners combine treasury operations experience with application-control fieldwork. We speak the language of cut-off calendars, beneficiary templates, liquidity sweeps, and four-eyes release — and we document findings so that internal audit and the board can act without translating jargon.
Working approach
We prefer short scoping letters, named applications, and direct time with the people who approve payments. We do not sell ongoing software licences. Each engagement ends with a report the client owns.
