Rates

Fees reflect the number of applications, entities, and payment corridors in scope — quoted after a short scoping conversation.

How we price

Treasury control application work rarely fits a single published tariff. The fee depends on how many applications sit in scope, how many legal entities release payments through them, and whether fieldwork requires extended time on your treasury floor.

After a scoping call we issue a fixed engagement fee. That fee covers planning, fieldwork, validation, and the written report. Travel within the greater Tokyo area for scheduled floor days is included; travel to other prefectures is itemised separately when needed.

Indicative ranges

EngagementTypical fee basisIndicative starting range (JPY)
Full treasury control application auditFixed fee by application setFrom ¥2,800,000
Entitlement and segregation reviewFixed fee per application setFrom ¥1,200,000
Pre-go-live controls assessmentFixed fee by module complexityFrom ¥900,000

These figures are guidance for a single primary application with one or two related modules. Multi-entity or multi-corridor scopes are quoted individually.

What influences the quote

  • Number of treasury applications and interfaces to bank connectivity
  • Volume of entitlement roles and payment templates to sample
  • Availability of a complete control matrix and recent entitlement extracts
  • Whether findings must be presented to a board or audit committee in Japanese and English

Deposits and billing

A 30% booking deposit confirms the fieldwork window. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final report. Informal verbal updates during fieldwork are part of the engagement; additional steering-committee sessions beyond one closing meeting may be billed at an agreed day rate.
